About The Event
In 2023, we are taking our tough conversations a step further by partnering with organizations that have made a commitment to embedding DEI values into their company culture. By focsuing on asking those hard questions in order to produce the aha moments needed for change and growth, we will be able to unravel the mystery of working in multicultural communitites and addressing uncomfortable human problems like racism, segregation and the inequitable effects of white supremacy.
Join us to continue your journey as an ally or Black professional, to confront these underlying issues that keep us from moving ou companies forward. We all have privileges to some degree, let's use them for good in ways that benefit others and in turn our futures at work and in our personal lives.
