Embark on a transformative journey with our Allyship Journal, crafted to guide you through a process of self-discovery and action with monthly reflections. Rooted in the principles of allyship, this journal is your companion on your path to becoming a more engaged and empathetic ally, while learning to practice active allyship in a way that is authentic to you.

This invaluable tool provides actionable steps to foster understanding, collaboration, and a commitment to dismantle systemic inequalities and to create inclsuive environments.


  • Serves as a crucial resource of anti-racist principles for fostering inclusivity within various settings such as companies, schools, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and families.

  • COBA provides a structured framework for individuals and groups to actively contribute to the creation of a community or workplace culture that values the contributions of Black Canadians and Americans and leverages allyship as a powerful vehicle for change.

  • By implementing the COBA principles and actions, leaders and allies can begin to dismantle systemic and corporate barriers that exist by making informed decisions that promote anti-racism, address bias and position inclusivity as the norm in the workplace.




Gain a profound understanding of personal experiences and insights with our Tough Conversations with Strong Black Men Report. This report is a compilation of in-depth interviews with 20 Black men from diverse backgrounds. It provides a platform for their voices to be heard, offering valuable perspectives that can guide us in creating more inclusive workplaces with less barriers to success.

Our Black Men Mantras are a collection of 16 affirmations for Black men designed to inspire and uplift whether you need a mindset change to attain a goal or an energy shift for mental calmness. Use these mantras as daily reminders of the strength, resilience, and beauty within yourself, your ancestors and the Black community. 


  • By providing daily inspiration, the Black Men Mantras motivate individuals to cultivate resilience in the face of adversity, proactively pursue goals, and reinforce a mindset of strength and endurance to overcome challenges.

Christmas is a celebration of Christ and his teachings of love, compassion, forgiveness and respect which are the foundation of our universal human rights. Our "12 Actions for 12 Days of Christmas" guide provides you with meaningful actions and ideas on how to promote human rights and create positive change during this Christmas season and throughout the year.


  • By following the "12 Actions for 12 Days of Christmas," individuals can increase awareness about human rights issues, encourage open conversation and foster a broader understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities at home and abroad.

  • Taking specific actions and actively contributing to the promotion of human rights and the protection of those individuals who are under threat, empowers individuals to make a tangible difference and fosters a sense of shared humanity.
